Portable Bags Best Community Friendly Award

As part of the community base program and Community Friendly initiative, the entire Ore Ofe Inuosegba CDA awarded Hon. Adeogun Olanrewaju Luqman, a.k. Portable, councillor representing Ward 16 of Abeokuta North Local Government at the legislative chamber as the best Community Friendly Councillor of the year.

It was a twins' event yesterday 25th June 2023 when Ore Ofe Inuosegba CDA marked her first year anniversary and award presentation to members of their community for being a supportive to the community.

Alhaji Olaleye who graced the occasion with other dignitaries at the Area CDC  congratulates Hon. Adeogun Potable been penned down for the achievements recorded and being a community friendly councillor, noted that the award was highly deserved.


Speaking at the first year anniversary, the Chairman Area CDC Mr. Leke Adio said that the recognition is a token of its appreciation of their contributions to the growth and development of his constituency been represented.

Mr. Leke stated that the award as best Community Friendly Councillor was investigated with his achievements through physical projects that have completed through him, and it was based on merits through strides of his contributions to ensure community base program take a new shape.

Hon. Adeogun appreciates them for the award, and He added: “We want to add that this ward 16 and other CDA in ward 16 through Community activities would take a new shape as the Government cannot do it alone.


Hon. Adeogun said our Local Government is immensely blessed with great people — young, old, female, male, professionals, artisans, and promised to reach out to them for assistance and that he would always remember the yearning of his people.

While he promised to extend his community base program initiative to other CDA.
